She isn't. Tony has organized her travel for 12+ years and is an ATOL-protected travel agent, which enables us to sell seats individually under ATOL protection. He handles all ticket bookings. Hunt and Palmer are sourcing the aircraft. Liz is injecting some fun into the proceedings.

What if you don't get enough bookings?

This is for an industry that understands the business value of a direct charter curated for like-minded professionals. If we don't reach minimum numbers, the flight won't proceed. Your money is protected under ATOL and you'll be refunded immediately. Tony is an experienced travel agent and can assist with alternative arrangements if needed. This is a collaborative effort—the sooner we fill the flight, the sooner we can add extra value like networking opportunities.

Where does the aircraft arrive?

Directly at Friedrichshafen Airport—the show site. You'll be shuttled directly to the exhibition halls, a ten-minute ride. For those staying at show hotels, we'll arrange transfers directly from the show site to your hotel and back the next morning for your show day/return flight.

Will you also arrange the hotel?

Yes, for those who'd like that included in the package.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes. We'll make the flight and travel around it as social as possible to support your business.

Can I bring extra baggage for my show stand?
