What This Is
Trip2Aero is an experiment in travelling differently to AERO.
Rather than arriving fragmented, a small group of senior aviation professionals will travel together, removing travel friction and allowing conversations to begin before we land.
This page is to confirm intent to travel, so aircraft, pricing, and availability can be finalised responsibly.
No payment is required at this stage, but we do ask you to commit once we have the numbers, so that we can finalise the bookings.
Podcast and Visibility
We will record selected conversations from the journey alongside informal documentation by The Lady in Red. Participation in any recording or filming is entirely optional and always respectful.

How much will it cost?
We're finalizing pricing now and will email you exact numbers within days. As industry professionals, you'll recognize the value of a direct route with like-minded colleagues heading to the same event.
Liz runs a strategic video marketing agency. Why is she organizing charter flights?
She isn't. Tony has organized her travel for 12+ years and is an ATOL-protected travel agent, which enables us to sell seats individually under ATOL protection. He handles all ticket bookings. Hunt and Palmer are sourcing the aircraft. Liz is injecting some fun into the proceedings.
What if you don't get enough bookings?
This is for an industry that understands the business value of a direct charter curated for like-minded professionals. If we don't reach minimum numbers, the flight won't proceed. Your money is protected under ATOL and you'll be refunded immediately. Tony is an experienced travel agent and can assist with alternative arrangements if needed. This is a collaborative effort—the sooner we fill the flight, the sooner we can add extra value like networking opportunities.
Where does the aircraft arrive?
Directly at Friedrichshafen Airport—the show site. You'll be shuttled directly to the exhibition halls, a ten-minute ride. For those staying at show hotels, we'll arrange transfers directly from the show site to your hotel and back the next morning for your show day/return flight.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Yes. We'll make the flight and travel around it as social as possible to support your business.
